It only took about nine years, but I finally have a personal site that says more than "Focus Determines Reality." That old line wasn't wrong — I still believe it — but a single sentence is a pretty thin slice of who I am and what I've been building.
What this site is
A home base. Somewhere to point people when they ask what I work on. I'll keep a projects section updated with the things I'm most proud of, an about section with a bit of background, and this blog for longer-form writing.
What I'll write about
Mostly things I'm learning or thinking through: distributed systems, developer tooling, Go, infrastructure, the occasional rabbit hole into low-level systems work. I might also write about side projects as I build them — the decisions, the dead ends, the things that actually shipped.
I don't have a posting schedule. I'll write when I have something worth saying.
What's already here
A few projects I've been working on: mcp-go (a Go implementation of the Model Context Protocol), kubeam (a Kubernetes workflow manager), and a few others on the projects page. More to come.
